
Jamie Feit is an author, speaker and registered dietician who teaches busy moms how to plan healthy meals or crafts that families will enjoy without spending hours in the kitchen. Jamie has extensive education, with a masters degree in clinical nutrition from New York University and more than 20 years of experience helping her patients meet their health goals. With over two decades of professional experience, Jamie also holds the cosher credential of Holistic Certified Health Coach.
Jamie worked for prestigious Mount Sinai Medical Center, Blythedale Children’s Hospital, and Westmed. Now she runs an online nutrition practice to help gluten-free moms who have gained weight because they are eating unhealthy and don’t know what else to do. She helps them with a weight control plan to make it easier to eat gluten-free and healthy, create positive relationships with food, and teach their kids how to grow up with healthy habits. In addition to her ongoing nutrition practice, she works as a freelance writer and editor in Amy Baby Review.
She was recently featured on the podcasts, “Moms Are We There Yet”, “Woman Are the Journey” and “Let My People Eat”. She has had an article published in Thrive Global. And she has also been on the table for two radio segment on the Nachum Segal network.
